Buckton & Day is completely dedicated to your total satisfaction. Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be directed to a secure site for payment processing. All prices and values on this web site are in New Zealand Dollars. If you wish to fax an order through, our fax orderline is open from 9.00am to 5.00pm, Monday to Friday, Fax (64)07 862 8164 or please call us on (64)021 0295 4331. A message service is available outside of these hours and we will be happy to return your call as soon as possible. We accept credit card payments via the secure Paypal online payment site or if you would prefer to pay via bank transfer we will be happy to send you a tax invoice so that you can make payment through your preferred banking system. Please feel free to use our email order form.

A confirmation of order and payment email will be sent to you to indicate that we have received and accepted your order. Thank you.

Prices, Delivery and Terms of Trade

All prices are stated inclusive of GST. Standard NZ delivery is charged at $6.50

(unless stated differently in the product description) per delivery address.

You should receive your order within 5 days if the goods are in stock. If you require urgent

delivery, please ask and we will do what we can to rush it to you. If your item

is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will be telephoned or emailed

with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

WORLDWIDE DELIVERY AVAILABLE. We are happy to send items overseas.

Postage will be charged based on international NZ Post economy rate unless requested otherwise .

International orders are generally received in under 14 days.

$6.50 - Delivery charges cover packaging and delivery in New Zealand.

Buckton & Day does not disclose buyers information to third parties other than when order details are processed as part of the order fulfilment or were you have given your concent to do so. In this case, the third party will not disclose any of the details to any other third party. We will add you name and adddress to our mailing list to keep you informed about your orders and future offers, if you do not wish to be mailed please let us know.
